Little Blessings Car Seat Cleaning LLC
Effective Date: July 13, 2026
1. Services Little Blessings Car Seat Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services for child car seats and select baby gear. All services are performed in accordance with each manufacturer's cleaning guidelines using non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products. Services are available by appointment only and are subject to availability.
2. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling: Payment is required at the time of booking. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment: We accept Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (subject to approval). Payments are processed securely. Declined, disputed, or reversed payments remain the customer's responsibility.
4. Pickup, Delivery & Customer Responsibilities: We offer pickup and delivery within our service area and customer drop-off/pickup at our Tyler headquarters. Customers must remove personal belongings, disclose recalls, accidents, missing parts, or damage, and ensure the seat is available at the scheduled time.
5. Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is overnight, with most car seats ready for pickup or delivery the following morning. Turnaround may vary due to scheduling, weather, or seat condition. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
6. Car Seat Condition & Customer Disclosure: We reserve the right to refuse service if a car seat is unsafe, recalled, severely damaged, or cannot be cleaned according to manufacturer recommendations.
7. Cleaning Results: Some stains, odors, discoloration, mold staining, or wear may be permanent. Complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability: We follow manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, misuse, or improper installation after the seat is returned. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring proper installation.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can work toward a fair resolution.
10. Privacy: Personal information is used only to provide services, process payments, and communicate regarding appointments. We do not sell personal information.
11. Unclaimed Items: Drop-off items should be picked up within 14 days. Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days without communication may be considered abandoned in accordance with Texas law.
12. Right to Refuse Service: We may refuse service for unsafe, contaminated, or recalled seats, or in cases of abusive or inappropriate customer behavior.
13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
15. Photos: We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing. We will not include a child's face, personal information, or identifying details.

16. Heavy Soil, Stains & Bodily Fluids
Little Blessings Car Seat Cleaning will make every reasonable effort to thoroughly clean car seats while strictly following the manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines and using appropriate cleaning products and methods that help maintain the safety and integrity of the seat.
Car seats requiring additional or extensive cleaning due to heavy soil, bodily fluids, excessive messes, or other significant contamination will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The car seat will be assessed upon receipt, and if an additional fee is required, Whitney will provide the customer with a quote before any additional cleaning is performed.
The customer must approve the quoted additional fee and submit payment online before Little Blessings Car Seat Cleaning proceeds with the additional cleaning service, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been specifically approved by Whitney in advance.
While every reasonable effort will be made to remove stains, odors, and discoloration, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. Little Blessings Car Seat Cleaning will not use cleaning methods or products that could compromise the safety or integrity of the car seat. The customer acknowledges that certain stains, odors, discoloration, or damage may be permanent.
